Javier Chavez

Javier Chavez has over two decades of experience in outreach and technical support within community services and energy sectors. Currently serving as Outreach Manager at Community Action Partnership of Orange County since July 2021, Javier has held various roles including Community Action Outreach Supervisor and Outreach Coordinator. Prior to this, Javier dedicated nearly 20 years at DNV GL, where responsibilities included serving as a Technical Assistant and, briefly, as a Project Specialist at DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability. Javier holds a degree in Human Services from Fullerton College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
