Sarah Harper

Sarah Harper, LCSW, has extensive experience in early childhood mental health, currently serving as the Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Supervisor & Consultant at Community Action Pioneer Valley since April 2021 and as an IECMH Consultant for Community Action Head Start & Early Learning Programs since September 2016. Previously, Sarah operated as an Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant as an independent contractor and worked as an Outreach Psychotherapist at Community Services Institute. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Randolph College.
