Billie Walker

Billie Walker started their work experience in 2001 as a Lead Teacher/Supervisor at Central Child Care. Billie held this position until October 2008. In December 2009, they became the Program Director at High Point Childcare & Learning Center and remained in this role until August 2012. From August 2012 to August 2014, they worked as a Head Start Lead Teacher at the Community Action Program of Evansville. Afterwards, they became a Head Start Resource Coach at the same organization from August 2014 to March 2018. Finally, they took on the role of Head Start Training & Professional Development Coordinator in March 2018, where they currently work.

Billie Walker has a diverse education history in the field of Early Childhood Education. Billie obtained a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Southern Indiana in 2017.
