RaShawnda Bonds has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. RaShawnda started their career as an Indiana State University Telecounselor from May 2005 to May 2007. RaShawnda then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Comcast Cable from June 2007 to June 2009. Following that, they were an Eligibility Specialist at ACS from August 2009 to June 2010. RaShawnda then joined Harrison College as an Enrollment Specialist from July 2013 to June 2014. In 2015, they began working at the Community Action Program of Evansville (CAPE). RaShawnda had two roles at CAPE - Minority Health Coordinator from January 2015 to July 2022 and Director of Planning and Corporate Affairs from September 2020 until the present. Additionally, they were also involved with the Latino Collaboration Table as the CAPE Minority Health Coordinator from 2015 to 2016.

RaShawnda Bonds attended Indiana State University from 2001 to 2007, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource & Development.
