Arelis Perez has a background in community work and involvement in various organizations such as Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County, Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster, AmeriCorps, and Mennonite Central Committee. At Community Action Partnership, Arelis holds the position of Vice President, Economic Empowerment, as well as the Leadership position on the Household Stability, Safety & Empowerment Impact Team. With a previous background as a Community School Director and Program Director at Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster, Arelis brings a wealth of experience to their current role. Graduating from Messiah University in 2009, Arelis has a solid educational foundation to support their work in community empowerment and social impact.
