Francine Childs has a strong background in finance and business management. Francine is currently serving as the VP of Finance at the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Business Office Manager at Lancaster Catholic High School from July 2020 to April 2022. From February 2016 to May 2020, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Lancaster Health Center.
Francine Childs attended Western Governors University from 2017 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management.

The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County champions the achievement of long-term self-sufficiency for individuals and families through services and advocacy targeting the elimination of poverty. Each year CAP reaches nearly 30,000 low-income families through services that support child development & education, health & nutrition, household stability, and public safety & violence prevention to help them not only meet their essential daily needs but to work toward long-term financial self-sufficiency.
