Rebecca DeWitt currently serves as a Fiscal Specialist at the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County since September 2021. In addition, Rebecca has been a freelance Nonprofit and Creative Business Consultant since 2018. Previous roles include Fiscal Analyst for the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board and Executive Director at the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen. With experience dating back to 2001, positions have included Administrative Manager at the Allegany Arts Council and various leadership roles in nonprofit organizations. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Ecology and Fine Arts from Goddard College and is pursuing an MBA in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Elizabethtown College.

The Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County champions the achievement of long-term self-sufficiency for individuals and families through services and advocacy targeting the elimination of poverty. Each year CAP reaches nearly 30,000 low-income families through services that support child development & education, health & nutrition, household stability, and public safety & violence prevention to help them not only meet their essential daily needs but to work toward long-term financial self-sufficiency.
