Jenna Smith is an accomplished professional currently serving as Manager of Billing and Insurance at UPMC Rehabilitation Institute and UPMC Rehabilitation Institute Physical Therapy Residency Programs since February 2024. With extensive experience at UPMC since August 2017 as a Patient Services Coordinator, Jenna has demonstrated a strong background in physical therapy management. Additionally, as a Patient Access Supervisor and Case Manager at Community Action Southwest since August 2010, Jenna has effectively managed a caseload of families, developed program documentation, coordinated educational classes, and led community outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Jewelry Sales Coordinator Assistant Manager at Walmart from October 2002 to October 2009. Jenna holds a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Science and a minor in Women's Studies from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and has obtained a Family Development Credential from Temple University.
