Andrea Gates has a robust background in leadership and service management within the financial sector, currently serving as the Director of Core Transformation at CommunityAmerica since January 2020. With experience at CommunityAmerica Credit Union dating back to 2013, Andrea has held multiple positions including Business Portfolio Partner and Director of Application Services. Beginning a career with Community America Credit Union in May 1996, Andrea progressed from Manager of Client Services to Director of Client and Core Services. Andrea Gates holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Western State University, completed between 1993 and 1997.
