Janelle Holland

Janelle Holland, CCUFC, has extensive experience in both financial coaching and retail management. Currently serving as a Well Being Coach at CommunityAmerica Credit Union since February 2019, Janelle creates consultative experiences for members, utilizing coaching techniques for personal financial analysis. Previously, Janelle held the role of Assistant Branch Manager at the same credit union, supporting day-to-day operations and team sales leadership. Prior retail experience includes Store Manager at Forever 21, where performance goals were achieved through strategic planning, and Co Manager at EXPRESS, focusing on associate development and teamwork. Janelle began a career in retail as an Assistant Manager at New York & Company, assisting with sales and visual presentation operations. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northwest Missouri State University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
