John Perry

John Perry is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and real estate appraisal. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst at CommunityAmerica Credit Union since July 2017, John oversees the review of commercial and residential appraisals, prepares credit memos, and monitors loan covenants. Prior to this, John held several positions at Valbridge Property Advisors, including Commercial Credit Analyst and Senior Appraiser, as well as roles in the Johnson County, KS Government as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Appraiser. John began their career as an Assistant Golf Professional at the Country Club of Leawood. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri Western State University, earned between 1998 and 2003.
