Roxanne Doss, CFE, has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Fraud & Financial Investigations Manager at CommunityAmerica Credit Union since May 2005. Prior roles at CommunityAmerica included Team Lead for Loss Prevention and Recovery, Loss Prevention Specialist, and Overdraft Specialist. Roxanne's career began at Midwest United Credit Union as a Teller from January 2000 to May 2005. Academically, Roxanne holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (2001-2003) and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Metropolitan Community College (1999-2001).
