Terry Harlow

Terry Harlow is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President at CommunityAmerica Credit Union since November 2023. Prior to this role, Terry held various leadership positions at H&R Block from 2008 to November 2023, including Director of Security & Fraud Operations and Director of Compliance, Privacy, Fraud & Incident Response, where responsibilities included managing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs and developing a successful fraud program that significantly reduced financial losses. Terry's earlier experience includes serving as Audit Manager at Embarq, where significant cost savings were achieved, and as Manager and Supervisor of Revenue Assurance at Sprint, where a revenue-generating Assurance team was established. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Kansas.
