Paul Elder is currently the EVP and Chief Compliance Officer at Community Banc Consulting of Ohio, Inc., where they lead the Information Security Program for banks and oversee compliance management, risk assessments, and business development. Prior to this role, Paul served as the Marketing Director and Compliance Officer at the same company and previously worked as a Sales/Marketing Manager at Cellular Connection Plus. Paul has a diverse background in marketing and project management, having held positions such as Marketing Director at Made U Look Marketing and Design. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University and have graduated with High Honors from Lexington Senior High School.
