Doug McKinney

Doug McKinney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Doug recently joined Community Bank Delaware in 2022 as the VP, Electronic Banking Officer. Prior to that, they worked at The Bank of Delmarva from 2014 to 2022, where they held several positions including VP, CEBO, Treasury Services Product Manager, Customer Service Team Leader and AVP, Customer Service Team Leader, Treasury Services Products Rep. In these roles, they provided customer service support, acted as the primary contact for priority customers, and oversaw special projects related to banking services. Before their banking career, Doug was involved in church ministry, serving as a Church Planter/Co-Pastor at The Restoration Project from 2013 to 2018 and as a Minister to Youth and Children at Big Springs Baptist Church from 2008 to 2010. Doug also had experience in sales as a Home Improvement Sales Associate at Sears Stores from 2012 to 2014. Doug began their professional career in the church ministry as a Student Minister at First Baptist Church of Mountain View from 2006 to 2008 and as a Children's Ministry Associate and Student Ministry Semester Associate at Boyd Baptist Church from 2004 to 2005.

Doug McKinney attended Rogers State University from 2009 to 2016, earning a BS degree in Organizational Leadership.
