Douglas Schultz

Douglas Schultz is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the fields of technology, software development, and information systems. Currently serving as a Security Officer and Director of Technology at Community Bank of Pickens County since September 2021, Douglas previously held the role of VP of Technology and Software Development at Ongev, where the focus was on aggregating patient Electronic Healthcare Records to facilitate clinical trial matches and treatment options. Prior to Ongev, Douglas spent over 16 years at Alexander & Company, transforming the firm into a leader in employee benefit insurance technology. Douglas has also co-founded both AntFarm Services and ConnectSource Solutions, providing specialized software services for employee benefits administration. Educational background includes attendance at the University of Oregon and the Paideia School.
