Steve Fischer

Steve Fischer has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Steve currently works at Community Bank & Trust in Waco, Texas as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Lending. Prior to this, they worked as a Credit Analyst at the same company. Before joining Community Bank & Trust, Steve worked at Extraco Banks, where they held positions such as Retail Business Development Officer & Small Business Lender, Mortgage Consultant, Financial Center Manager, and Relationship Banker/Relationship Banker Supervisor. Steve also has experience as the Managing Partner at Bison Environmental and in Operations Management at Walt Disney World.

Steve Fischer has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Texas Tech University. Steve also holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development (MS- Organizational Development) from Abilene Christian University, completed in 2019.
