Jeff Culver

Jeff Culver is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Community Bankers' Bank, a position held since July 2021. Previously, Jeff served as President and COO of Sonabank from May 2018 to July 2019, and as Executive Vice President and COO at Middleburg Bank from December 2002 to April 2018. Jeff holds a Master's Degree in Economics from American University, completed between 1992 and 1994, and earned a degree from Ursinus College, attended from 1986 to 1990.
