Steven Branigan

Steven Branigan, MBA, MS, CISSP, EMT, serves as the Chief Information Officer at Community Behavioral Health and holds the title of CSO and President at CyanLine LLC. Additionally, Steven is a virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) for the City of Philadelphia and an adjunct professor at Stevens Institute of Technology. Steven also presides over the International Executive Committee of HTCIA. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Columbia Business School (2003-2005) and an MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University (1988-1991).
