Gabriel Serafini

Gabriel Serafini has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 1996, they founded Serafini Studios where they served as President/CEO, providing design direction and client interaction. Gabriel also led a team of freelancers to deliver web-based publishing solutions. In 2003, they founded Share the Practice, offering services to support Christian Scientists in sharing their experiences. Gabriel standardized on WordPress and industry-best practices to create a self-sustaining ecosystem. In 2005, they founded Katanaa, where they led the strategic direction and developed custom web applications for large clients and internal product development efforts. Gabriel successfully built three full-blown web applications from start to finish. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior User Interface Designer at Vibe Solutions Group, providing major design input for their products. Gabriel also gained experience as a web designer at GlobalStreams and Principia, where they maintained and updated websites. Furthermore, they held the role of Editor in Chief, managing a team of writers, photographers, designers, and videographers for the Principia College yearbook. Gabriel Serafini earned a BA in Studio Art and Graphic Design from Principia College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In May 2016, they received Heartsaver CPR / First Aid / AED certification from the American Heart Association, as well as Wilderness First Aid and Maritime First Aid certification from Backcountry Medical Guides. In May 2012, they obtained ISAF Safety at Sea (Offshore) certification from US Sailing.
