Kathryn Lakin

Kathryn Lakin has extensive experience in various roles primarily focused on operations, administration, and graphic design. Currently serving as the BIS Operations Coordinator at Community Blood Center since June 2008, Kathryn has been instrumental in scheduling collection staff, running the Donor for Life program, and developing work instructions for Record Management. Previous roles include Administrative Assistant/BIS & DR at Community Blood Center, Owner of a freelance graphic design business, Customer Service Specialist at Lakin Design, Front Desk Receptionist at Flexman Clinic, Publications Specialist, and Graphic Artist at Sinclair Community College, as well as earlier positions at Cornucopia Graphics and Dayton Manufacturing Company. Kathryn's early education was completed at Sinclair Community College from 1977 to 1979.
