Kayla Mastey

Kayla Mastey is a seasoned professional in human resources and management, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner - Systems at The Community Blood Center since March 2023, following a role as Human Resources Coordinator. Previously, Kayla excelled as a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks from February 2018 to March 2023, where motivation and relationship-building were pivotal. Kayla also managed a Teavana store from September 2015 to February 2018, focusing on enriching customer experiences, and gained early professional experience as a Merchandising Assistant at School Specialty, Inc. and a Human Resources Intern at Catalpa Health.
