Lucie Covington

Lucie Covington currently serves as the Director of Growth at Community Boost, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Lucie worked as the Associate Director of Growth at Athletics from October 2023 to July 2025. Lucie's career began at Aruliden, where various roles included Senior Associate of Growth, Chief of Staff to the Co-Founders, and Executive Assistant, covering a tenure from July 2018 to October 2023. Lucie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Mount Holyoke College from 2013 to 2017, and completed education at Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye between 2009 and 2013.
