Evan Happel

Evan Happel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Evan currently serves as the Show Host for Boss Talks Podcast since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing - Multifamily at Community Boss™ from October 2020 to the present.

From August 2018 to July 2020, Evan worked as the Regional President - Northwest at Apartment Life, where they managed a territory covering three states and 27 locations. In this role, they oversaw a workforce of paid and volunteer staff and expanded the company's footprint in the multifamily industry.

Before that, Evan held positions at Community Northwest, where they served as the Executive Director from September 2016 to July 2018. Evan also worked as the Vice President of Partner Development from July 2015 to August 2016. In these roles, they focused on creating lasting partnerships with various organizations and increasing the awareness of the program across the region.

Evan started their career at Triumph Group as a Project Manager from March 2012 to June 2015. Evan managed various aspects of the production process, including sourcing raw materials, part production, assembly, and delivery. Evan also utilized lean manufacturing practices and developed smart spreadsheets to manage inventory.

Prior to Triumph Group, Evan worked at Community Northwest as the Team & Organizational Development Manager from March 2012 to September 2014. In this role, they managed a territory of 10 Community Teams, ensured quality service, and facilitated team meetings.

Evan's earlier experience includes working as a Territory Sales Manager at Nestle Purina North America from March 2007 to March 2012. Evan managed a $13 million territory and used sales data analysis and customer service skills to target customer needs effectively.

Evan Happel pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Oregon State University, which they successfully completed between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Evan obtained a certification in "Writing to Be Heard on LinkedIn" from LinkedIn in December 2019.
