Nancy Kasen has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Nancy has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Beth Israel Lahey Health, Community Care Alliance, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, JSI, and CIGNA Healthcare. In their most recent role as Vice President at Beth Israel Lahey Health, they were responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for community benefits and community relations. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of Community Care Alliance, overseeing daily operations and special projects. In their earlier roles at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and JSI, Nancy focused on community benefits strategy, project management, and health services delivery. Nancy also had experience in quality management at CIGNA Healthcare. Overall, Nancy has a strong background in community engagement, strategic planning, and healthcare administration.
Nancy Kasen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology, Psychology, and Sociology at Drew University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Healthcare Management and Health Policy at Harvard University, completing their studies in 2000.
