Melanie Rava

Melanie Rava is a licensed care manager at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in mental health and social work. Previously, Melanie served as a health care manager at UPMC Health Plan from May 2019 to 2022 and as a psychiatric social worker at Allegheny Health Network from December 2010 to 2019. Early in the career, Melanie worked as a psychiatric social worker at Western Clinic Upmc and as a multi-systemic therapist at Adelphoi Village, providing support to youth and families in crisis and facilitating therapeutic interventions. Melanie holds a master's degree in social work from PennWest California, obtained between 2005 and 2007. Throughout the career, a strong focus has been placed on assessment, treatment planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and implementation of evidence-based practices.
