Rachel Barnes

Rachel Barnes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in behavioral health management. Currently serving as Network Manager at Community Care Behavioral Health Organization since March 2024, Rachel previously held various management roles at Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems for over fifteen years, including Manager of Clinical Support Services and Coordinator of Clinical Support Services. In these roles, Rachel enhanced clinical support workflows, acted as a liaison between departments, and implemented effective scheduling systems. Prior experience as a Behavioral Health Service Coordinator at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. involved managing admissions and client scheduling issues.
