Ann Bailey

Ann Bailey has extensive experience in supply chain management and materials management. Ann served as the Corporate Director of Materials Management at Community Care Inc from 2011 to present, where they oversaw the supply chain function for a Managed Care Organization (MCO) across 11 Wisconsin counties. In this role, Ann was responsible for directing operations in purchasing, general contracting, contract management, capital project negotiations, shipping and receiving, and an in-house durable medical equipment program.

Prior to their role at Community Care Inc, Ann was the Regional Executive Director of Supply Chain at Vanguard Health Systems from 2006 to 2011. In this position, they managed supply chain operations for four hospitals in the CHI area. Their responsibilities included purchasing, contract management, inventory management, biomedical services, sterile processing, laundry services, receiving, and print/copy center. Ann demonstrated advanced managerial and administrative skills and was effective in finding operational cost-saving solutions.
