Jaya Singh is an experienced program manager with a robust background in quality assurance, data management, and clinical services. Currently serving as Program Manager at Community Care Inc since May 2020, Jaya oversees the Washington and Ozaukee County Partnership Program. Previous roles include Director of Quality Assurance & Data Management and Director of Case Management & Therapeutic Services at Phoenix Care Systems, where Jaya directed comprehensive quality assurance initiatives and managed clinical leadership training across multiple states. With a foundation in psychology, Jaya holds a PhD from Himachal Pradesh University, complemented by multiple degrees in psychology and counseling. Jaya's extensive experience includes developing training programs, managing clinical compliance, and enhancing electronic health record systems.
