Karen Buono

Karen Buono is an experienced professional in the field of care management and social services, currently serving as Program Manager at Community Care Inc since July 2011. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Community Care Inc from 2003 to 2011, including Care Management Supervisor, Lead Care Manager, and Care Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI from 1998 to 2003 and as Social Service Director at Hillcrest Nursing Center from 1997 to 1998. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, completed between 1994 and 1996, and has additional educational experience at the University of Wisconsin Marathon Center and University of Wisconsin Superior, where studies were undertaken from 1991 to 1993.
