Eline Ricci

Eline Ricci is a seasoned professional in the field of social work, currently serving as Compliance Manager at Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as Continuum of Care Coordinator and Outpatient Therapist at Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. from August 2016 to August 2021, and Mental Health Care Coordinator at Cape Fear Clinic from October 2014 to June 2016. Eline also managed programs and grants at Cape Fear HealthNet from May 2010 to June 2016 and held the position of VP Community Impact at United Way of the Cape Fear Area from August 2005 to October 2006. Early career experience includes working as a Case Manager at Southeastern Center for MH/DD/SAS from July 1996 to November 1999. Eline holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Augustana University, a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Work at Walden University.
