Sarah Ridout

Sarah Ridout, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Healthy Opportunities Program Director at Community Care of the Lower Cape Fear since November 2016, overseeing the implementation of the Healthy Opportunities Pilot program. Previously, Sarah held the role of Director of Communications and Development at the same organization, leading communications related to Medicaid transformation and healthcare quality. Prior experience includes serving as NFORS Program Manager at Emergency Performance, Inc., managing grant-funded programs, and working as a Business Manager and Facilitator at GOFORWARD LLC, where Sarah managed training and development initiatives. Early career highlights include positions as Listings Manager at Prudential California Realty and Performance Analyst at Crosswinds Youth Services, Inc. Sarah Ridout holds an MBA in Business Administration from East Carolina University and a BS in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
