Community Care Plan
Angel Pinzon is a Business Intelligence Developer at Community Care Plan, with experience in implementing ETL automation using SSIS and Azure, enhancing operational efficiency through the management of the Encounter Task Force. Previously served as an EDI Operation System Analyst, overseeing the processing of EDI 834 and 837 files and ensuring compliance with state guidelines, as well as managing ID card generation. Early experience includes an Information Technology Intern role focusing on data analysis and EDI support, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Angel Pinzon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology from Broward College.

Community Care Plan (CCP), 'the health plan with a heart,' was introduced in 2000 as South Florida Community Care Network (SFCCN), the first safety-net hospital-owned Provider Service Network. CCP serves 100,000+ members enrolled in Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, sponsored programs, and self-insured employee health plans. CCP is owned by Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health. Community Care Plan maintains accreditation and has earned Multicultural Health Care Distinction for its Medicaid Health Plan by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). CCP is also fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a Health Plan. MISSION To promote healthier communities.
