Chelsea Delancy possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare systems, currently serving as a System Development Analyst and Clinical Auditor & Trainer at Community Care Plan since December 2014. Chelsea utilizes the nursing process and McKesson software to manage authorization requests and process claim appeal reviews for Medicaid members. Prior experience includes working as a Registered Nurse at Broward Health, where Chelsea provided comprehensive patient care for telemetry, trauma, and orthopedic patients, as well as a brief tenure at NEW HORIZONS COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER conducting evaluations and formulating treatment plans for mentally ill patients. Chelsea holds a Master's degree in Informatics from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
