David Bouwens

David Bouwens is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a System Development Engineer with Community Care Plan since January 2018, focusing on the EPIC Development Team and Tapestry applications. Since May 2016, David has also held the role of Manager of Information Systems at SFCCN, now known as Community Care Network. David transitioned from managing projects in the Business Intelligence and Process Improvement department within South Florida Community Care Network, a position held since January 2015. Prior experience includes managing IT operations for the insurance department at Memorial Healthcare System in 2014 and serving as a Programmer Analyst III at Office Depot from 1996 to 2005. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University and has obtained multiple Tapestry certifications from EPIC University.
