Victoria Tuffy is a seasoned human resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Care Plan since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tuffy held similar leadership positions at Amerijet International and Piper Aircraft, where responsibilities included overseeing global HR functions for major organizations. Tuffy's experience spans various industries, including cruise line operations at Royal Caribbean International, where management of HR for corporate functions was key, and the automotive industry at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where Tuffy established HR teams for North American sales and supply chain operations. Earlier roles at Highmark and ConAgra Foods involved transforming HR functions into strategic business partners and driving organizational change. Tuffy holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from PennWest California.

Community Care Plan (CCP), 'the health plan with a heart,' was introduced in 2000 as South Florida Community Care Network (SFCCN), the first safety-net hospital-owned Provider Service Network. CCP serves 100,000+ members enrolled in Medicaid, Florida Healthy Kids, sponsored programs, and self-insured employee health plans. CCP is owned by Memorial Healthcare System and Broward Health. Community Care Plan maintains accreditation and has earned Multicultural Health Care Distinction for its Medicaid Health Plan by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). CCP is also fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) as a Health Plan. MISSION To promote healthier communities.
