Carrie Rogers

Associate Director, State & Community Health Advocacy Program at Community Catalyst

Carrie Rogers is the Program Manager for Expanding Coverage Through Consumer Assistance project, Carrie works in collaboration with the project associate in providing technical assistance to the Missouri grantees working to increase awareness of and facilitate enrollment in the Marketplace. She also provides technical assistance to Cover Missouri Coalition members related to the Affordable Care Act. Prior to joining Community Catalyst, Carrie worked at Transtria LLC, a public health research and consulting firm. As a Program Assistant, she contributed to the evaluation of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation project Healthy Kids, Healthy Communities. Carrie holds a bachelor's degree in physical education from Missouri State University and a master’s degree with a concentration in behavioral science and health education from Saint Louis University.

Community Catalyst works to ensure consumer interests are represented wherever important decisions about health and the health system are made: in communities, courtrooms, statehouses and on Capitol Hill.
