Shannon Beasley is an experienced professional in workforce planning and corporate talent management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Workforce Planning and Management and Sr. Director of Corporate Talent Management at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands since August 2021. Prior to this role, Beasley spent a decade at TMX Finance Family of Companies, where positions included Director of Corporate Recruiting and Senior Corporate Recruiting Manager, contributing to the growth of one of the leading consumer specialty finance companies in the U.S. Earlier experience includes over 14 years as a Search Consultant at CE Insurance Services, specializing in the recruitment of insurance professionals within the P&C Insurance Industry. Shannon holds a BA in Marketing from Georgia Southern University.
