Lorie Glenn

Lorie Glenn is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of CCI Health Services, managing the daily operations of the seven health centers throughout Montgomery and Prince George’s counties.

For nine years, Lorie was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Centerpoint Health in Middletown, OH, where she helped grow the organization from a startup community health center with modest grant funding and no patients to an award-winning Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving over 6,000 patients. Under her leadership, Centerpoint expanded into new health services with four locations throughout southwest Ohio and launched innovative partnerships with local companies and state agencies.

Lorie is also the former Clinical Manager and Site Director of HealthNet, an FQHC serving more than 50,000 patients in Indianapolis. Lorie was part of the team that ensured the organization complied with Joint Commission accreditation standards. She received the Dale Benson Visionary Award for her hard work. She was also an active member of the Nursing Diversity Council for IU Health and HealthNet to support initiatives for equity and inclusion to foster diversity in the profession.

Before HealthNet, Lorie was the Federally Qualified Health Center Program Director for the Indiana Primary Care Association, representing all community health centers in Indiana. She used her expertise in navigating grant opportunities to guide and support dozens of community health centers throughout Indiana to secure more than $60 million in state funding.

A registered nurse since 1996, Lorie graduated with an M.A. in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in 2013. She also holds two bachelor’s degrees in nursing and public health from Indiana University. She serves on the National Association of Community Health Centers’ (NACHC) Clinical Practice Committee and Health Policy Committee and is a previous member of the Association for Clinicians of the Underserved and the Warren County Health Advisory Committee.
