Eric Yarina

Eric Yarina, GSP, currently serves as a Fire Lieutenant at Mt. Lebanon Fire Department since April 2025 and holds the position of Adjunct Instructor at Butler County Community College, Community College of Allegheny County, and Bucks County Community College, where training is provided to public safety personnel on firefighting, technical rescue, and hazardous materials. Previous experience includes roles as Captain/EMT and Firefighter/EMT at South Strabane Fire Department and as a Project Specific Technical Rescuer at Amerisafe Group, delivering onsite safety and rescue services. Additional experience encompasses positions as an Emergency Medical Technician at West End Ambulance Service and internships focused on safety, health, and environmental practices at both Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Galliker Dairy Co. Eric Yarina holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an Associate of Arts from Pennsylvania Highlands Community College.
