Lauren E. Kovac

Lauren E. Kovac currently serves as the Assistant to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives & Community Engagement and the Assistant to the Northwest Region President at the Community College of Allegheny County since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren was the CEO of Lova Living LLC from May 2023 to March 2025 and held various senior positions in sales and business development at FD Worldwide Merchandise Group INC, Richline Group, and Frederick Goldman, Inc. Lauren's extensive experience in retail management includes positions such as General Manager at Ulta and Store Manager at Forever 21, demonstrating strong leadership and sales management skills. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Journalism & Mass Communication from Point Park University and a B.S. in Journalism, Advertising from West Virginia University.
