Marc Santom

Marc Santom is an experienced enrollment specialist currently serving at the University of Pittsburgh for the School of Health & Rehabilitation Sciences since January 2025. In addition to this role, Marc serves as an Enrollment Success Navigator and Student Success Coach at the Community College of Allegheny County, effective December 2022. With a background in pastoral leadership, Marc has been the Pastor of Youth & Young Adults at Kempsville Presbyterian Church since January 2015 and previously held positions such as Admissions Counselor at South University and Student Ministries Pastor at Community Alliance Church. Marc's extensive experience in higher education includes positions such as Director of Graduate Recruiting and Associate Admissions Director at Regent University and National Director of Student Ministries at Evangelical Presbyterian Church. A graduate of Regent University with a Master of Divinity in Theology and Practical Theology, as well as holding dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English Education from Geneva College, Marc brings a strong educational foundation to the field of enrollment management and student success.
