Katherine Dumais is an experienced professional with a robust background in client services, education program management, and operations. As the Client Services Manager at Community Concepts Maine since May 2021, Katherine manages a team of over 40 across multiple departments, focusing on COVID-19 rental relief needs. Previously, Katherine served as the Student Education Program Manager at Central Maine Healthcare, overseeing student educational initiatives across hospital campuses. Katherine's earlier roles include Care Delivery Manager and Senior Provider Relations Liaison at Grand Rounds, Inc., and various leadership positions at SPi Global, including Director of US Operations & Delivery. Katherine began a career in account and project management with Laserwords following a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Maine at Farmington.
