Katie Caples

Katie Caples currently serves as ECHO Director at Community Connections for Children since November 2023. Katie has entrepreneurial experience as the CEO of Katie Caples LLC since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Katie was the Member Relations Manager at Explore York from December 2022 to November 2023 and held various positions at the York County Economic Alliance from June 2009 to May 2018, including Director of Member Relations, Manager of Development and Main Street Hanover, and Economic Development Coordinator. Katie Caples earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Small Business from Frostburg State University between 2002 and 2005.
