Matthew Shanahan

Matthew Shanahan, CPMM, currently serves as the Director of Buildings and Grounds for Community Consolidated School District 146 since July 2017. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as the Buildings and Grounds Coordinator for ECHO Joint Agreement Special Education from 2011 to July 2017 and owned Shanahan Home Remodeling from January 1997 to October 2011. Matthew's earlier experience includes serving as a Police Officer for the Village of Evergreen Park Police Department from 1996 to 2004, and as a Background Investigator for 1st National Bank of Chicago from 1995 to 1996, as well as a Lawyers Assistant at American National Bank from 1993 to 1995. Matthew holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Lawyers Assistants Certification from Roosevelt University.
