Caitlin Norton

Caitlin Norton has a diverse range of work experience. Caitlin started their career at Northern Illinois University, where they served as a Computer Lab Manager and later as a Graduate Assistant for Residential Technology. In these roles, they oversaw the daily operations of computer labs, managed staff, and participated in upper management meetings.

More recently, Caitlin joined Community Consolidated School District 181 as a Financial Business Analyst and eventually became the Director of Financial Services. Their responsibilities in this role include cash management, financial report preparation, budget maintenance, and overseeing accounts payable and payroll. Caitlin also actively participates in board of education and finance committee meetings.

Caitlin Norton holds a Master of Education - MEd degree in School Business Management from Northern Illinois University, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, General from the same institution, during the period of 2013 to 2017.
