Ellen Vitale

Ellen Vitale is a highly experienced and skilled individual in the field of yoga therapy, specializing in teaching yoga to children as well. With a background in English and Philosophy from Rutgers University, Ellen has been actively involved in the yoga community since 2009 as a yoga teacher and owner of Shakti Yoga Studio. Ellen currently holds the position of Yoga Therapist at Community Council Health Systems and Children's Yoga Teacher at Children's Montessori Schoolhouse.
