Van Dao currently serves as a Care Manager at the Community Council of Greater Dallas since April 2023. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The University of Texas at Dallas from March 2019 to May 2022, where Van Dao held positions as Executive Chair and Music Chair of the Student Union Activities Advisory Board (SUAAB) and worked as an Orientation Leader. Van Dao earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development from The University of Texas at Dallas, completing the program in 2022.
