Carmen M. Collado

Carmen M. Collado is an accomplished leader in social services with extensive experience in relationship building and operational management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief External Relations Officer at Community Counseling and Mediation, Carmen previously held the role of Chief Relationship Officer at The Shield Institute, where the focus was on enhancing partnerships with various stakeholders. Notable achievements include securing significant government funding and advocating for crucial programs during tenures at ICL and the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. Carmen also has a robust background in mental health and addiction services, having served in various leadership positions at Safe Space and other organizations.
