Ruth Ann Hester has extensive experience in the field of counseling, currently serving as a High School Counselor at Notre Dame Regional High School since August 2015. In addition, Ruth Ann has been a Licensed Professional Counselor at the Community Counseling Center in Cape Girardeau, MO, since May 1992, providing contract outpatient therapy services. Ruth Ann holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychological Counseling from Southeast Missouri State University.
